If you have not yet dropped off your donation for the concessions stand (see the e-mail from Mrs. Wachtel for what we need you to provide), please drop it off on Friday between 4:30 and 5:30 at the gym entrance in the back parking lot (the former bus parking lot). We will need volunteers to collect the donations and put them where they need to go and to set up tables and chairs in the gym lobby for dining. If you are bringing something with a short shelf life (like doughnuts) please buy them on Saturday morning bring them to the gym lobby at 7 AM.
We will be setting up the gym (moving tables and laying out strips) on Saturday morning. The doors will open at 6:30 and we need all fencers to be there by 7:00 at the latest so we can get started. Parents who are helping lay strips, setting up concessions or staffing the concessions stand for the early shift should also be there by 7:00. If you can help with concessions but have not yet signed up, please be there at 7:00 and we can put you to work.
